With this in mind, Dolce Bianca designed a 100% organic and recycled down imported from Europe and encased in a 100% cotton shell. 

Recycled down is a unique eco- Ecology, recycling, new era of consumption, reduced impact to preserve our planet…responsible quality creation that offers insulation, warmth, and high breathability. Recycled down undergoes the same sterilization process as new down and is of the same quality.

The recycled down stuffing comes directly from Europe and is certified Down-Pass (animal cruelty-free). It is encased in a 100% cotton shell that provides softness and silkiness in addition to managing humidity. Perfect for spring and summer season.

 Provincial legislation requires that we use the term “used item” for this product rather than “recycled materials.”

Why is the duvet cover smaller than the duvet?

You may notice a difference between the dimensions of our duvets (for example, 118" x 100") and our duvet covers (for example, 110" x 96"). This difference is completely intentional and based on thoughtful design.

When a duvet—whether filled with down or microfiber—is placed inside a cover, it expands due to the loft of the filling. This natural puffiness causes the duvet to appear slightly smaller than its flat measurements.

Additionally, our duvet covers are purposely made a bit smaller than the duvets themselves.

This ensures that:

This approach provides optimal comfort, structure, and visual appeal.
