Return and exchange

• In Canada, all unpacked and unfolded merchandise, even if unused, must be destroyed for sanitary reasons.• In the interest of fairness and social awareness, the following items thus cannot be returned:o Items damaged by misuse, abuse, poor care or neglect, or accidents (stains, tears, including damages caused by pets);o Items that no longer have the original Dolce Bianca labels;o Items received over 100 days ago. Return Policy

Our goal is to give you 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, we can either exchange your item or refund it, provided that your order is:

  • Returned within 100 days of your delivery date.
  • • Sent with the delivery note (indicating the date of receipt of the package) and the return form sent by us (contact us to request it).

Refunds will be made according to the original method of payment. Purchased items must be returned by mail. Dolce Bianca Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with our return and exchange policy.

How to return an item ?

Contact our team either by email at info@dolcebianca.ca or call us +1-514-376-0356. Please, don’t forget to indicate if you want to return or exchange the item, and why you are sending the item back. We will then review your request.

  • EXCHANGEPlease contact our team first either by email at info@dolcebianca.ca or by phone at +1-514-376-0356. We will send you a Post Canada return code that you will need to send your package back. Place the products to be returned in a box and drop it off at a Canada Post office. Don’t forget to use the code provided as it allows you to return your order at our expense. You will receive a confirmation email once the item is received by our warehouse.

For exchanges: the difference in cost between the original item and the new item will be settled only at the time of receipt of the item to be exchanged. If you owe Dolce Bianca money, the amount will be withdrawn from your credit card with your approval, on the phone. If we owe you money, we will be happy to reimburse the difference directly or in the form of a gift card.

    • REFUND :

Please contact our team first either by email at info@dolcebianca.ca or by phone at +1-514-376-0356. We will send you a Post Canada return code that you will need to send your package back. Place the products to be returned in a box and drop it off at a Canada Post office. Don’t forget to use the code provided as it allows you to return your order at our expense. You will receive a confirmation email once the item is received by our warehouse and a second email confirming your refund. Please note that there may be a delay between the receipt of your refund confirmation and the refund showing up on your bank account. The processing time varies from bank to bank. However, if the refunded amount still does not show up on your bank statement after 10 days, contact us by phone.

    • Final sales are neither exchangeable nor refundable. The statement "final sale" is present in the description of some products (usually those in discount)
    Please note that if your item has been washed, we will not be able to offer you a refund.

    How do I know if my request has been considered?

    Whether it is for a refund or an exchange, we will contact you as soon as we receive your package.

    • REFUNDS: A refund confirmation will be sent to you by email. Refunds will be made according to the original method of payment. Please note that there may be a delay between the receipt of your refund confirmation and the refund showing up on your bank account. The processing time varies from bank to bank.     • EXCHANGE: You will receive an exchange confirmation with the new item by email. If the new item is more expensive, a new invoice will be issued and send to you. You will be asked to pay the difference by credit card on the phone. If you need a refund, a confirmation email will be sent once the amount has been deposited into your account.
