What does a 100-night satisfaction guarantee mean?

Within 100 nights of your purchase, Dolce Bianca offers you the opportunity to return your product if it doesn’t meet your needs. Please refer to our exchange and refund policy for the return process.

Please note that we will not be able to offer a refund if your product has been washed and/or shows significant stains or signs of wear, including pet hair, due to health concerns for our team.

What is the guarantee after 100 nights?

Beyond 100 nights, we assume that the product suits you and meets your expectations. We also assume that, beyond 100 nights, the product shows no manufacturing defects. Therefore, it will no longer be possible to request an exchange or refund after this period.

We believe in responsible consumption, quality purchases, and the accessibility of our products. But we believe even more strongly in their sustainability. It would be easy to simply throw away and repurchase in case of minor “imperfections,” but that is not the philosophy of Dolce Bianca.

Therefore, we are committed to providing after-sales service for all our products.

For pillows and duvets, we offer a 3-year guarantee.

Dolce Bianca guarantees that we will replace or repair, at our discretion, the buyer's product directly at Dolce Bianca within 3 years from the original delivery date to the initial buyer if it is defective due to poor manufacturing or faulty materials, subject to the conditions outlined. This guarantee does not include: damage or conditions resulting from improper use, accidents, negligence, normal wear and tear, and failure to follow care instructions. During the three-year warranty period, Dolce Bianca will repair or replace, at its discretion, the product with a current model that may differ from the original. All return shipping costs will be covered by Dolce Bianca.

Dolce Bianca reserves the right to refuse to apply a warranty if there are doubts regarding the compliance or integrity of the product. This decision may be based on factors such as the condition of the product, usage conditions, or any other relevant information. We are committed to reviewing each request carefully, but we reserve the right to determine whether the warranty criteria are met. For bedding and linens, we offer a 1-year guarantee.

We offer our expertise and experience to breathe new life into your purchases—only from our website www.dolcebianca.ca—whether it’s addressing issues in product construction, such as down leaks, zipper problems with our duvet covers, stitching on your sheets, or other potential damages. A handling fee may apply depending on the nature of the damage.

Please contact us by phone or email to assess the feasibility of the repair. After evaluation, we will determine a timeline for when the repair can be handled.

Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use of the product, such as cuts, stains, burns, or other maintenance issues.
