Washing and care instructions

The Bliss pillow should not be machine washed: indeed, its particular structure may be heavily altered as well as the very fragile seams due to the weight of the fill. We will not be able to offer you an exchange or refund if the latter has been put in a washer/dryer. We therefore advise you to "opt for a pillow protector and use a specialized cleaner.

Focus on cleaning the stain rather than washing your entire bedding.

Why is the duvet cover smaller than the duvet?

You may notice a difference between the dimensions of our duvets (for example, 118" x 100") and our duvet covers (for example, 110" x 96"). This difference is completely intentional and based on thoughtful design.

When a duvet—whether filled with down or microfiber—is placed inside a cover, it expands due to the loft of the filling. This natural puffiness causes the duvet to appear slightly smaller than its flat measurements.

Additionally, our duvet covers are purposely made a bit smaller than the duvets themselves.

This ensures that:
