It is perfect, these pillows need to spread out… ‘splay’ short story is, I have been a mobility consultant for 20 years and have set many if my clients on a product called a Roho cushion in their wheelchairs or as a bed surface…as soon as I saw this pillow, I knew how it would work in terms of pressure relief, weight distribution, and air circulation allowing your head to immerse for comfort, as does the Rojo cushion, it is designed to give clients pressure, relief, air, circulation, and immersion, preventing skin breakdown but more importantly allowing skin breakdown to heal and it will actually inhibiting further injury from pressure. This pillow works in a similar fashion but a pillow case that’s to narrow like a standard size pillowcase makes it to high and hard, not getting the benefit of the individual pockets at all…I have had several people that I’ve recommended this pillow to say that it’s too high and too hard and causing neck pain and they have put it aside until I have advised them to order the pillowcase that is made for it because it allows the pillow to ‘splay’ out and spread to allow proper immersion when you lay your head on it…. What a difference this makes!
My advice would be to include the pillowcase with the pillow, explaining that it needs to have the wider pillowcase for proper immersion, even if you have to make the pillow slightly more expensive otherwise I think you will see a lot of people not use it or actually try to return it because of this issue. On another note, do you sell a wider pillow protector for them?… I may have to start making these lol!

Jai trouver cette oreille dans un autre détaillant a moindre coût et je suis littéralement tombé en amour avec cet oreiller mais il n'y en avait que 1 exemplaire malheureusement ! Jai de très gros problème de cou et chaque range de ses petits carreaux épouse parfaitement et supporte parfaitement le cou et la tête.. je dois en avoir une autres !!! A mes 67 ans et de multiples achats de draps ,ce sont les meilleurs pour moi, j 'adore les draps 100% cotton et les vôtres sont d'excellentes qualités. j'en ai acheté un deuxième sets au cas où !
I always had a very difficult sleep. As soon as I dozed off, I started spinning endlessly. Not restful neither for me nor my partner. Woke up with sore neck, back, and shoulders many times during the night. This pillow made me realize I needed good neck support. My spine alignment is better, my shoulder doesn't press as hard on the mattress, my neck is resting comfortably. The day this model is discontinued, I'll be very disappointed. I bought one for the cottage, one for the house, one to travel with. I'm considering buying a spare to prepare for the apocalypse 🤪
Bad sleep takes its toll mentally and physically. I feel so much better now. I strongly recommend this pillow for side sleepers. I suspect women with hips like mine are even more likely to benefit as it is hard for up to straighten our spine while laying on our side. I never thought neck support would help my lower back, but in my case, it really does.
