Is it safe to pay with a credit card?

What types of payments do we accept?
We accept payments by credit card including: Mastercard, Visa, American Express.
Can I get a bill?

An invoice will be sent to you as soon as the order is paid. It will be sent to the email address provided at the time of the order transaction. At any time, you can contact us to receive a duplicate of your invoice or to change the billing address.

If you need an invoice with our GST/QST numbers, please write to us at who will answer you within 24 hours.


Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by contacting or We will be able to cancel your order.However, if you receive a shipment confirmation email with a Canada Post tracking number, it means your order has already been shipped and we will be in a better position to catch up. You will have to return your order to us and we will be able to offer you an exchange or a refund.
Do you deliver internationally?
At the moment, we deliver throughout Canada and the United States. Our goal is to expand over time to offer global delivery.
What are the delivery options?

We offer delivery through the Canada Post distributor for Quebec and the rest of Canada: Priority Parcel, Tracking by Reference Number, $100 Liability Coverage and Guaranteed Time:

Delivered within 2-3 days of the date of shipment throughout Quebec and across Canada.

*Delivery standards apply to items shipped between most major urban centres and are based on origin, destination and other factors. Actual delivery times may vary; other terms and conditions apply  on the Canada Post site.

We, Dolce Bianca, cannot be held responsible for delivery times.

What if I missed the delivery guy?
If the item does not fit in the mailbox and there is no one at home, Canada Post will leave a "Delivery Notice for Pickup" card at the nearest post office. Under no circumstances will your package be left at our door.


Can I return an article?
We try to satisfy our customers in the best way possible. Nevertheless, we do not all have the same tastes. It is therefore possible to return an article within 100 days under conditions legible on the page Exchanges and returns. The costs incurred for the return are at our expense. Items marked "final sale" or "final dirty" cannot be exchanged or returned. As its name suggests, these are final sales whose prices have been reduced to their maximum. So we won’t be able to take them back, unless I’m mistaken.

Do the products get smaller after washing?
Know that our cotton is pre-washed in the factory to avoid this kind of unfortunate and undesirable situation. Nevertheless, we give ourselves +/- 2% margin. Before putting new products on the market, we test them every night (hey yes!) over a period of 6 months or more in order to be able to advise you in the best possible way and always in the most honest and transparent way!


Where can I buy your products?
At the moment we do not have a physical shop. The purchase of the products is done only online or by our partners. Contact us at or by phone at 5143760356 to find out which retailer is closest to you.
I have a shop and I want to offer your products. How?
Thank you for your interest in our collection. To contact the sales person, please email and mention "become a retailer". Please specify the name of your business, its address and website, as well as the products you would like to purchase. We will be able to send you a price list as well as a selection of samples.
